Since the recording of the podcast, Toho has stated that "Shin Gojira" is not a sequel to Godzilla (1954). Funimation is licensed to distribute Godzilla Resurgence to movie theaters, home entertainment systems, video on demand, and broadcasting rights across all of the Americas (North, Central, and South). The actual release date of "Shin Gojira" in movie theaters is to be announced.

Funimation Is Licensed to Distribute Shin Gojira in America!


Sci-Fi Japan received a tip from Toho that Funimation obtained a license to distribute Toho's new Godzilla move, "Shin Gojira aka Godzilla Resurgence,"  to the American market. This deal includes theatrical, home entertainment, video on demand, and broadcasting rights to North America, Central America, and South America. Godzilla Resurgence will debut in American theaters in late 2016. The actual movie release date is to be announced.

S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 2001 Review


Tamashii Nation’s latest addition to the S.H. MonsterArts line is a version of Godzilla that has been probably teased for about two years. Today’s review will focus on Godzilla 2001 (GMK). This version of Godzilla appeared in “Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.”

Bandai Movie Monster Series Godzilla 2016 Review


The movie debut of “Shin Gojira” is mere weeks away in Japan. Fortunately, Bandai has issued this figure in advance for people to enjoy. This new Godzilla figure is from the Movie Monster Series and all toys from this line are made to fit in the 6 inch scale.
