From the i...Thank you for submitting your question! From the information provided, I think there is something wrong with Godzilla’s tail. As shown in the Extra Photos section, the tail is supposed to hold a pose every time it is manually bent at any angle. The wire rigged inside is quite thick and shouldn’t be able to self-correct itself. If the tails straightens out perfectly after being bent around, that could mean that there isn’t a wire in there at all.Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04229891793407130474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2096909096349825120.post-6872232697894984132016-01-03T19:00:25.779-10:002016-01-03T19:00:25.779-10:00I got my NECA Godzilla 1954 but for some reason, t...I got my NECA Godzilla 1954 but for some reason, the bendy wire tail on mine is not holding it's pose, no matter how I pose it. Does my figure have no bendy wire in the tail or is the wire just too weak to hold a pose?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09728628081285407912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2096909096349825120.post-66673045838386913052015-09-21T13:43:00.790-10:002015-09-21T13:43:00.790-10:00Congratulations Joesiph! If NECA does release a Godzilla 1955 figure, I'd jump on that instantly, assuming the promo pictures and prototype were as great as Godzilla 1954. Have fun posing your new figure and I wish you a belated Happy Birthday!Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04229891793407130474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2096909096349825120.post-70324781348562986882015-09-21T08:27:37.002-10:002015-09-21T08:27:37.002-10:00Just when we're done talking about it, my Moth...Just when we're done talking about it, my Mother, who lives over in LA, gets me this guy for my Birthday yesterday. It's truly an amazing figure, and has become the holy grail of my collection.

It also surprised me, he's heavier than the NECA 2014 Godzilla. for me, that just adds to its charm. Mine's tail is also in perfect condition, no wire sticking out. It's still a massive shame that yours is like that. Maybe you could fix it or something.

Pictures really don't do this figure justice. It's beautiful, amazing, and truly a must have for any Godzilla fan. Now just to wait for NECA to release a 1955 Godzilla Raids Again figure!Joesiphhttps://www.facebook.com/JoesiphMalonenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2096909096349825120.post-28480709559947301462015-09-17T16:33:54.315-10:002015-09-17T16:33:54.315-10:00Hi Joesiph! Hope you've been well my friend. T...Hi Joesiph! Hope you've been well my friend. The delay is honestly my fault. This figure slipped through my radar, as I was busy keeping tabs on the release schedules of X-Plus and other figures only. I had no idea Godzilla '54 was already out until two weeks ago. I meant to get my order in on the release date, but by the time I placed my order, I was already a week late.

I'm glad you enjoyed the review, and I highly encourage you to add this figure to your collection. Godzilla 1954 is the best figure NECA has made so far. I love the new direction they took with the paint job and the range of articulation. He looks much better in person. The tail issue is a shame, but is something I am in content with. I just won't fiddle with it often.

If they did reissue this figure with suit accurate colors, I'd like to see two tones of brown with the dominant, lighter color having a nice matte finish, just like they did with this figure.Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04229891793407130474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2096909096349825120.post-78654261667323875262015-09-17T03:04:38.007-10:002015-09-17T03:04:38.007-10:00I was waiting for you to review this guy, lol. It's a shame that yours' tail has that wire sticking out. Maybe that can be fixed or something.

Back when they were making the first Godzilla film, the suit's actual colour was brown. Wonder how that would look on this figure? Would be pretty cool to see.Joesiphhttps://www.facebook.com/JoesiphMalonenoreply@blogger.com
